IFC Goalkeeper Development Program

> Continuous and systematic goalkeeper development plan.

> Cumulative process: the acquired IFC Academy skills represent the basis for skills yet to be

learned.

> All sessions developed and delivered by IFC goalkeeping coach, Mathieu Moreau.

> Coaching Ratio: 1 to 4/5 goalkeepers.

> Lessons in footwork, diving, handling, shot stopping, crosses, and distribution.

 

Annual Structure

Complementary IFC Goalkeeper Development: 18 Week Program 

 

Training Dates:

Term 1 - Fall/Winter (Indoors)* -$450 (22 lessons) - Thursday, October 11, 2018 to April 11, 2019

Term 2 - Spring/Summer (Outdoors)* - $450 (18 lessons) - Thursday, March 20 to July 18, 2018

***Note: Our 2nd Term will be moved to Wednesdays for the remainder of the training season.***

 

Age Groups and Training Times:

Primary U10 and under - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Junior U11 to U13 -  7:00pm-8:00pm

Showcase U14 to U17 - 8:00pm-9:00pm

 

Location:

All training sessions will take place at the Vaughan Sportsplex 2.
